Course overview: Our 101-level, Data Fundamentals module has been designed for anyone who works with data, and is looking to build a conversational level understanding around AI and machine learning, as well as improve their data-driven decision making and communication with data teams.

In this module, we take a look behind-the-scenes to demystify the core technologies disrupting the digital landscape, such as AI and machine learning. From there, we dive into data, covering topics like; how to present and interpret data and how to ask the right business questions to drive actionable insight within your organisation.

Appropriate for: Anyone who works with data or is beginning their data journey.

Data Ethics

Data Ethics

Course overview: The Data Ethics module addresses one of the most important trends in data analytics today. During this module, we will demystify the ethical space, placing it in context relative to compliance and to advances in artificial intelligence. We will emphasise the practical nature of data ethics and how it relates to organisational values and culture. Most importantly we’ll show you how to put data ethics into practice at all levels of the organisation.

Course overview: This module will reboot your focus on data protection.Robust data protection is a non-negotiable requirement for all organisations handling personal data. As we move into the next era of digital marketing, organisations are focused on first party data. To realise the potential, we need customers to trust us with their data. Strong data protection processes are essential to building this trust. Yet four years after GDPR went live the initial compliance energy has dissipated in many organisations.
