The Ask
A brand providing flexible workspaces in London came to us with their vision to create truly sustainable and supportive environment for their members and partners to thrive in. The small but growing organisation had limited data specialists. They asked us to kickstart their data journey by leveraging data to make data-driven decisions.
Our Solution
Profusion delivered a 6-week structured program with 3 key elements. The structured mentoring element was committed hours providing an experienced Profusion mentor; the informal learning element was an opportunity for their data analyst to learn from Profusion’s data team; and the formal learning element was a training course for their data analyst to move from a Data/BI analyst to a Data Scientist.
Impact
We collaborated with the in-house data analyst to set him up for success with the equivalent of an extended team to create dashboards and organise data for the company so they could make data-driven decisions.
