We worked with their in-house team to migrate their ESP to Adobe Campaign Standard and built them their Single Customer View. Through this process we were able to extrapolate that ~20% of all email accounts held were duplicates.
Impact
Our experts nearly doubled the client’s previous rate of identified matches and through removing duplicate emails and improving data quality, we were able to increase overall deliverability by 11%.
