Natalie Cramp
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Natalie has more than a decade of experience leading private, public and third sector organisations through significant periods of innovation and change. She leads Profusion to support our clients to build data-led businesses, increasing sales, optimising operations and empowering their people using data. She has a real passion for supporting our Data Academy to build the next generation of talent and increase data literacy, and our Foundation to use data for good. She was named in the Data IQ 100 multiple times, the top 100 data professionals in the UK and in the top 50 customer experience professionals in the UK.
Fundamentally her career has been and continues to be about solving problems for people – be that for businesses or challenges we face as a society – and she has achieved that by mobilising the right blend of people and technology to deliver impact. She began her career as a management consultant at Deloitte and then landed a dream job helping to deliver the London 2012 Olympics, and the 200,000 workforce required to make that a reality. After the Games, she set up the Mayor of London’s Team London initiative. This involved the mobilisation of one million volunteers and 2,000+ schools, 1,800 charities and 100+ businesses and culminated with London being named European Volunteering Capital. She joined Profusion from her role as COO of The Careers & Enterprise Company, a social enterprise funded by government to tackle the challenges of careers education in England. As an early member of the team Natalie helped it to grow from a £6 million to £30 million a year operation in just 18 months. Critical to achieving scale was data and she created a digital user-driven product to support school career assessments, planning and delivery which was adopted by 3,000+ schools in only nine months and enabled an assessment of the ‘state of the nation’ in careers for the first time.
Outside of work Natalie volunteers predominantly in areas which support young people to develop skills and enter the workplace, is a keen netballer and a passionate sports fan.
