The Ask
Support their digital transformation by finding a way to ingest all the data needed, which currently comes from over 100 sources, into a central repository to support and build the next phase of the project.
Our Solution
We developed an entire new methodology for understanding, documenting, cleaning and preparing each dataset for ingestion and completed user research for each dataset to understand its use case to focus on the most critical parts of each set to ingest.
Impact
We ingested over 100 new datasets into the data repository, increased the pace of data ingestion to 2.5x the anticipated rate and beat the previously unachievable deadline. We were asked to deliver the further roadmap as a result.
