Our Solution
We audited all existing data sources, gathered reporting requirements, defined data dictionaries and agreed common data governance. Within a virtual private cloud we created an environment that combined all data sources, cleaned and enhanced data to prepare it for analysis. We created automated reporting in form of dashboards which the client can access immediately when they need information at their fingertips. Our training and support accompanying the project ensured adoption and provision of relevant insights.
Impact
We reduced the time needed to create a report from one month to only one second by implementing an enterprise-wide data platform and custom-built dashboards. The client now saves 30 days per month.
